• Vizio is causing a little confusion by calling it the 2021 version not the 2020. The M8 will be an Amazon exclusive and only in the 55 and 65 inch sizes, not the 50. Make sure you look at the model number as I have not been able to find the 2021 on Amazon yet. Only the older model (M558-G1) selling for the same price as Vizio stated the 2021 model will cost. Only the M8 will have 90 local dimming zones and 800 nits. 2021 M8 Model numbers M65Q8-H1, 65-inch M-Series M55Q8-H1, 55-inch M-Series

• It appears the M8 is an Amazon exclusive line with a brighter backlight and more dimming zones.
