I have the same tv with the same gaps. Only on the sides and the top. The bottom of the screen goes all the way down to the bottom bezel. I'm not sure if this is how it is supposed to be or if it's a defect. Pretty annoying though. I can see the black lines even from 5-6 feet away which is my viewing distance. Otherwise my screen looks fine and I've gone through 2 other Vizio's with major screen problems
