Does the TV allow all signals to be upscaled to 4K ? null

The M-Series’ features a new chip called the IQ Active Processor which assures remarkable picture performance with more advanced multi-step HD-to-4K upscaling.

The TV itself doesn't upscale. If whatever device you have connected to the TV upscales, then the TV will display that upscaled output.
