Which is better the 55 inch p series or the TCL r615 null

This is the question that everyone has done some amount of research is still trying to answer. The TCL is cheaper and there are a few trade-offs like a 60hz native refresh rate vs. the Vizio's 120hz. Net, after spending hours doing thorough research, I decided that the build quality and bending issues on some of the TCLs are a deal breaker, for now until quality control with TCL is fixed.

On Paper, the Vizio. But it depends on what you're looking for. I liked the 5 HDMI ports on this over most TVs 3. And the over a Billion Colors is nice, on broadcasts that support them. I would go see the displays at the store and see if you can spot differences enough to justify the price difference.

If the TCL will work without issue for more than a week I would go with that one.

They both are great tvs,. But if you want better motion flow for gaming the p series is better. And the contrast ratio for picture color is better. If you don't need that stuff go with the tcl.
