I’ve had mine for about 4 months and have never had a problem with the 4k/hdr when using my Xbox one x
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As long as you have enabled the UHD full color option on the inputs, the television will accept a 4K/HDR signal on the television.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I own a PS4 Pro and Xbox One X both connected to this TV. HDR10 work fine for both systems so long as "Full UHD" is enabled on the TV. The TV supports Dolby Vision but the Xbox One X is using a different version of Dolby Vision which creates an incompatibility. As of this posting, Vizio confirmed they are working on an update to fix this. Please reference my posted review under the same user name.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. I just picked up a unit and I'm experiencing issues with my PS4 Pro. I have a lot of troubleshooting to do still to better figure out what triggers it but the picture will drop for a few seconds before coming back. Seems to happen every couple minutes with HDR10 enabled. Currently trying other HDMI ports to see if the issue is isolated.
