• Yes it has both! I would use the ARC HDMI if you’re connecting a sound bar

• It does have Optical and that is recomended for external speaker systems(even sound bars)

• Yes it does. Input #1 is configured for ARC. I am using it with a Nakamichi sound bar and it works great.
