“I'm wondering what the distance is of the Vizio 55" from leg to leg of the stand. One answer says 48.49" with the stand, some more answers say it's about 42". What is the actual length of the TV when only considering the stand?”

• It's about 42.5 inches outside of foot to outside of foot.

• The stand does not extend wider than the frame of the tv itself. That 48.49” measurement would be from one side of the screen to the other. The 42” measurement would be the distance between the outer most (widest) parts of the stand (feet).
