None of the content you view on a television with the exception of video games on a computer can utilized a 120hz refresh rate anyway. Live sports are usually recorded at 60 FPS and movies are filmed in a motion blurred 24 FPS. So unless you have a serious gaming PC, you have no reason to worry about the refresh rate. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The picture on sports looks great with no blurr present. I think the 60hz refresh rate is false, I believe it's 120hz. This 4K UHD TV has brilliant picture colors along with brilliant darks. You won't be disappointed with the picture quality. The picture is comparable to 4K UHD Sony TV'S that range in price from $900.00 to $1200.00 in price (55" to 65" TV'S). I consider the purchase price of this TV a bargain for the picture quality you're getting.
