QuestionIf I read the dimensions correctly, the legs of the stand extend out to about the same width of the TV? I am trying to determine if this will fit on a 48 inch wide corner cabinet.

- Answer The legs are about 3 inches "inside" each outside edge of the panel/screen. So, if the width dimension of the panel will fit for your stand/cabinet, the legs/feet will fit just fine (with about 3 inches to spare on each side). I added a picture to show what it is like.

QuestionWhat is the difference between this model and the MM557-G0 model?

- Answer The m558 g1 is rated 600 nits of brightness and has 4x the local dimming zones of the m557, which is rated at only 400 nits. Spring for the m558 if you can; when on sale it can go as low as just $50 more than the m557. I don't think bestbuy sells the m557. Also be sure to get the 2019 model (m558 G1), not the 2018.

QuestionThe question I have and the problem. How come I cant get no audio from watch free or watch cast on a home audio receiver? I have the main Hdmi cable hooked to Arc 1 on the receiver to Hdmi 1 on tv still no sound and only if I turn on the tv speakers.

QuestionIs it normal that the best picture has to be viewed if you are looking at it straight on? I find just slightly left or right and the picture is very cloudy and faded looking

- Answer Yes that is normal. This will be true of any TV from any manufacture using a "VA panel". For wider viewing angles from the side it's best to find a TV with an "IPS panel". This has it's own cons however, so do your research.

- Answer All the 4 HDMI ports support HDR,The first HDMI port is an ARC port for soundbar connection and Video passthrough. To activate HDR , u just need to activate it after you connect your device. Press menu on your remote, select input settings , pick the HDMI port you are connected to and turn on Full UHD color . Its that simple

- Answer Yes it is already available and you can even choose what apps you want and get rid of the ones you don't and you can put in order of which ones you want up front.

- Answer The Vizio M558-G1 has 47 preloaded apps, The Sling app is not one of them. You will need a streaming stick/device to watch the Sling app or you can cast it using airplay if you have an apple device.

- Answer I have this TV and just measured the stand width a few minutes ago. It’s 41 inches and some change. You should “technically” be alright.

QuestionI am setting up my new Vizio M-Series Quantum TV. I am logged onto my Wi-Fi. The message on the screen says "Smartcast is starting up . Please wait..." but it never loads. Soft Power Cycle and Reset to Factory Settings didn't fix it. Is it defective?

- Answer Total defect. Supposedly they have an update that will fix this coming out. However, this is based on what their customer service agent told us last week. We've been dealing with this issue for over a month.

- Answer It will fit in a regular size car. I have a Kia Optima and the 65 inch did not fit, but the 55 inch did.

QuestionI am considering buying this TV but have a very small car a Honda Civic that’s back seat folds down, I know dumb question but will the Tv fit in the car to get it home? I don’t have anyone to bring it home for me

- Answer The dimensions of the TV and box are 54.96" x 33.07" x 6.85". If the whole back seat folds down, it might fit. I recommend measuring the space in your car first.
