“I am setting up my new Vizio M-Series Quantum TV. I am logged onto my Wi-Fi. The message on the screen says "Smartcast is starting up . Please wait..." but it never loads. Soft Power Cycle and Reset to Factory Settings didn't fix it. Is it defective?”
