Total defect. Supposedly they have an update that will fix this coming out. However, this is based on what their customer service agent told us last week. We've been dealing with this issue for over a month.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Is your WI-FI router too far away for a proper connection? You and try to shut of your TV and un-plug it. Then push the power button and the back of the TV and hold it in for a minute. Then release the button, plug in the TV and turn it on. This should reset the TV and try setting up your WI-FI to your TV again. If this doesn't work, contact VIZIO for further help.
