- Answer M558 Active LED zones - 90 M556 Active LED zones - 10 More LED zones implies better contrast and better darkroom performance. Also, M556 doesn’t have quantum color spectrum.

- Answer If you’re just setting the tv up on its foot pedestals that’s it comes with, you only need a screwdriver to screw them in place on the bottom of the tv. Besides that, If you’re wall mounting it your wall mount should have instructions with a list of tools required for it.

QuestionJust got my TV 4days ago and after 6 hrs or so it just shuts off and I have to turn it back on. As far as the picture it is great. So why is it shutting off?

- Answer What may end that problem for you is if you switch from starting the TV in ECO mode - change it to Quick Start mode and it should stop doing that according to people that have had the same issue with the TV.

- Answer TV cannot be laid down for transport. The box must be upright in the back of a truck or SUV or the screen will break. Fits inside of a quad cab Dodge Ram truck.

- Answer 60hz. I have a 2009 Samsung TV with the same rate and have never noticed blur. The 120hz is a software option and not the true refresh rate.

QuestionIt turns off by it self. It has become worse over the last month. It now turns the picture off even though the power indicator light is still on. The only fix I found is to power off and back on to get the picture back. Then soft reset to get the sound.
