• It runs through an app. It's not connected to your phone direct. Your personal phone doesn't factor in.

• Yes the mobile phone carrier does not matter as long as the camera is an area with cell service such as Nation Wide AT&T or Verizon. Coverage Maps are at https://www.vosker.com/coverage/ Hope this helps.

• The Vosker camera has an included pre-configured SIM and uses that to connect. Your cell phone is only required to view the footage.
