I bought this for our newborn and every few minutes it goes to a black screen. I can’t see anything or hear.. how do I fix that issue? null

Hi - We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the VTech VM5254. Like many electronic devices, a simple reset may resolve the issue. To do a complete reset on your baby monitor, kindly disconnect the power from the parent and baby unit then turn off both units. Wait for 1 minute then reconnect and test. If this does not help, please call us at 1-800-595-9511. We are open from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST, Mondays through Fridays. When calling, please have your baby monitor model number handy: VM5254.
