“cannot be heard after using an automated system when I actually get to pseak to a person that person cannot hear me, they keep asking if I am there I have even shouted yes but am not heard, they in turn release the call and I am stuck, what can I do”

• After years of use this happened also. I don't know why either. I purchased a newer model and all is well so far.

• Perhaps you accidently pressed MUTE. Otherwise, reset the phone by disconnect battery and AC adapter; waiting 60 seconds; reconnecting power and battery; and try using your phone agan. Thanks!
