• Lindy - The messages recorded on the built in answering machine of the VTech CS6251-2 can be accessed remotely. As for Voicemail, you need to contact your telephone service provider as it is a subscription from them. You also need to subscribe to a call transfer service from your telephone service provider so you would be able to transfer a call to a different line. Thank you, -VTech Support
