“When I am on a call on line 1 and someone else calls in, how do I get the second phone extension to ring line 2. Right now, I just hear the call waiting tone. I would like the second phone extension to ring when a second call comes in. How do I do this?”

Hi - The 2nd handset of the VTech DS6251-2 should ring when there is another call on the second line, unless you are getting a call waiting call.
