“I have two cameras with one parent unit. Both rooms have a sound machine and the parent unit continues to pick up sound. But no babies are actually crying. What should I do to fix this?”

Hi - We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the VTech VM4261-2. You may adjust the sound or VOX sensitivity on the unit. The higher the sensitivity level is, the more sensitive it is in detecting sounds from getting transmitted to the Parent Unit. We also recommend that you try relocating the sound machine or the baby unit, preferably away from each other for it not to pick up sounds. Hope this helps! - VTech Support
