A:AnswerThank you for asking. This product works only with 2-in-1 Windows devices that have built-in inside their hardware either Wacom Active ES protocol (AES) or Microsoft Pen Protocol (MPP). If you are not sure if yours has one of these technologies built-in, you can reach out to the manufacturer of your device to confirm this. Hope that helps! Best
A:AnswerThis would depend on the software you are working with for reading. If it includes annotation and markup tools then these would be able to be used with the Bamboo Ink rather than your traditional mouse.

That said, under the list of tested compatible devices we have " Dell™ Inspiron 13 7000 2-in-1 (7373)" so if yours is the 13 model then it is compatible. If you have a differnt size but from the 7000 family, it is likely that it will work as well but If you are not sure, in case your model is not the 13" you can reach out to the manufacturer of your device (in your case Dell) and ask if your model does. Hope that helps!. Best
A:AnswerI don't believe it works with any Chromebook. As far as I know, it only works with Windows. There are two different modes, have you tried switching the setting? (press both side buttons simultaneously and the light should blink once or twice)
A:AnswerAs a portable accessory with special features, the Bamboo Ink needs to generate its own power and requires a battery. The battery life is approximately about 5 months.
