It does not come with Photoshop. You would need to own the application and have it installed.

Yes, it must be connected to the computer or phone for usage. The version I bought supported Bluetooth plus USB for connectivity.

Adobe PS does not came with this tablet. If you are wanting to use the tablet with PS you will need to purchase it.

1. Photoshop is an independent software, it has to be purchased and installed on a computer.
2. Of course, it needs a computer to be connected to. A tablet is just like a mouse with drawing capabilities.

It does not include Photoshop. You will receive a licensed version of Clip Studio (three programs). Depending on which model you purchase, there is a BT version that is compatible for both your computer and phone. I usually keep it plugged in via USB on my computer anyway though to keep the connection solid while drawing, but on mobile with a drawing app of your choosing, it's pretty smooth. Good luck!

No, Photoshop is not one of the programs that come with this item. A separate download is required for Photoshop. 

This version is Bluetooth so it does not have to be attached, via cable, to have your drawing show up on the screen.

It comes with three different programs - Corel Aftershot 3, Corel Painter Essentials 7 and Clip Studio, which are all great programs with functions similar to Photoshop... and yeah It needs to be plugged into your computer via USB port to see what you are drawing. I havent tried it with a phone. but for the price compared to other drawing tablets its been a great buy for me. :)
