“Do these work for Wacom Intuos pens? Model: CTH-490”

I have the wacom one tablet, so I am not going to give a100 percent guarantee on a product that I don't have but from the research I had done before purchasing the wacom one tablet the nibs should be the same for all wacom products from the original wacom up to the latest one. Again I don't own the intuos tablet but the pens are all very similar except for the pressure and recognition and in a couple they are wireless with a battery that needs charging but if you look at the pens the design doesn't change much and it looks like the nibs are interchangeable in all wacom pen.
