The advertisement claims the complete accessories, but the actual package is missing a couple accessories, blade oil and cleaning brush. I returned it and got another one from a local BestBuy and same issue. Why the package is not as advertised? null

Add myself to those who have purchased this kit (Model 79600-3301) from a Best Buy retailer with missing parts (oil and cleaning brush). Purchase date was 9/1/2019. The packaging still had the factory tape seal and does indicate it includes oil and cleaning brush. I suppose it is possible for someone to partly unzip the soft case and remove some of the contents. I do not think that to be the case however - particularly with the multiple responses from other people reporting the exact same two components missing. I have contacted Wahl and requested the missing components. Hopefully, they will acknowledge this issue and the missing components will be provided.

I not sure why your unit didn't contain everything, I would recommend you check the listing contents, to see if the missing items were even included. Sometimes the fine print says (doesn't include certain items). And also examine the box, to see if someone may have helped themselves to the items missing from your unit. Some people have sticky hands...

It states that it does not come with blade oil or a cleaning brush. It also states on the box what comes in the box. It states it online as well. You will have to buy them.

I purchased the same clippers and all parts were present in mine. The only problem I had was the small clipper did not have a rechargeable Lithium battery, like the front of the box lead you to believe, it took regular batteries.

Wish I would have read your question before purchasing, my "complete" WAHL set just arrived missing the same parts you described along with a few others.

It's frustrating me even more to find out this is an ongoing issue neither WAHL or Best Buy cares to address.

You are correct it did not include those two items... It does not bother me... you can used vegetable oil or regular oil and a used toothbrush, but that is up to you..

Yes, at the same time, I bough few sets for myself and my brothers, some of them have completed set, excepted mine is missing some items in the box. Another day, I came back to returning it, and I got another 2 sets and opening in front of the staff also missing some items in the box. A lady at customer service told me that, this is a brand new from factory no one take something in a box. A lady at customer service did not happy and speak not politely while I returned the item. I was unhappy buying something at Best Buy.

I believe when they say complete I think they mean attachments, a and combs. The stuff your are referring to are like replacements or maintenance products.
