the one i purchased ,, all the accessories were in a sealed clear plastic bag ,, if you get a box with all loose accessories not in a sealed bag ,, i guess you now know what ..

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Add myself to those who have purchased this kit (Model 79600-3301) from a Best Buy retailer with missing parts (oil and cleaning brush). Purchase date was 9/1/2019. The packaging still had the factory tape seal and does indicate it includes oil and cleaning brush. I suppose it is possible for someone to partly unzip the soft case and remove some of the contents. I do not think that to be the case however - particularly with the multiple responses from other people reporting the exact same two components missing. I have contacted Wahl and requested the missing components. Hopefully, they will acknowledge this issue and the missing components will be provided.
