• Hi! Thank you for this question. The TV Stand will come with all necessary hardware and parts. You will, however, need a Phillips screwdriver for assembly. Thank you!

• Yes, but having your own tools can speed things up. They provide the basic hex key tool, but having them correct size bit on a rotating screwdriver tool can definitely speed things up.
