We had pedestals from our previous washer and the installers told us they could not install them on the pedestals if it isn't on the work order. The said to call customer service and the would be able to set up another appointment for that. seems completely ridiculous.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My installation was awful. The washer moved while being operated and blocked the entry to washer-dryer area. When asked for support, they gave time after 8 days. So expectation was that for 8 days we dont use the washer dryer. To answer your question- I am not sure if the installers are qualified

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The two installers who came to install my washer were, in my opinion, totally qualified. They had it installed, cleaned up and had loaded my old washer up before I even realized that they were done. I checked after they left and 1) the level was perfect and, 2) the hoses could not have been any tighter. So I am very happy with the service I received.
