Installation was great and quick. When I got home, I wanted to see the gap between new washing machine on pedestal with a flashlight. There was a scratch and dent on side. Went to Best Buy for something else, inquired about the Process to Notify of scratch and dent, was given a card, told to call number on card...Tried 3x no response.. If you are going to deliver, then be Damage Free...if you are gonna give out a card with ohone number on it, show professiinalism by answering ghe phone

I am very satisfied with the exceptional service provided during the installation of my Samsung 4.5 Cu. Ft. High Efficiency Stackable Front Load Washer. From start to finish, the installation process was handled with utmost professionalism, efficiency, and respect for our home. The installation team consisted of clean, professional workers who arrived promptly and well-prepared for the task at hand. They were courteous and respectful throughout the entire process, ensuring that our home and belongings were treated with care and consideration. Not only were they efficient, but they also completed the installation in a remarkably fast manner without compromising the quality of their work. The men who delivered my washer were extremely polite and knowledgeable. They set up my washer in about 5 mins. One of the men tested it out in front of me after the test was done I did two loads. Worth every penny.

Delivered and installed as promised! The only issue was the drain hose was a little short and we had to buy a longer one in order to push it to the wall. Washer works great and is especially helpful with bulky items. The rotator is removable! I love it!

I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer set that works like a charm for my new place. I opted for the washer install package with parts. The first delivery did not go too well because it was determined that 2 of the numbers in my address were flipped so the first crew told me that could not deliver and I had to reschedule the install. The second crew that came a week later was great. The crew notified me 30 minutes prior to arriving, they were respectful of my property and they brought in and set up the units in about 15 minutes. The guys did a test run of the washer and dryer and let me know little things such as what I might hear & smell because units were brand new and this is the first cycle. The delivery guy also told me who I could call and what to do in any situation that items don’t work properly. They then provided me with the user manuals and the process was done. I’ve been using the units for the past 2 weeks now and I can’t complain. My clothes are clean, the units are sleek, and they don’t make a lot of noice while running with is nice because I work from home and have opted to wash a load or two mid day. All in all I would give the washer and dryer unit and the install service a 10 out of 10!!!

The purchase was easy to make online and I love my new washer! The best part was the installation! The gentleman who came to my home were professional, timely and extremely courteous. They helped with a new power cord because mine was not included in my delivery so they could complete the install that day. I love my new appliances!

The men who installed my new washer did a fantastic job and were very careful not to get a scratch on it or damage any part of my home. I give them an A+ !

Had this replaced, the old one was almost 5 years old and was worn out. It wasnt washing efficiently due to age. Glad I got the same one asit works great.

I cannot say enough about the excellent delivery I experienced with my washer/dryer. It wasn't an easy delivery. The units weigh 291 lbs and needed to go up a long, steep staircase to get to their installation. The units work great, I couldn't be happier! Thank you!!

New washer setup went beautifully. We exchanged a malfunctioning LG washer for this Maytag, the team was very careful in the removal of the LG, as well as the adjustments on the Maytag. John and Jenni were invaluable in processing the order for an exchange and arranging the delivery date. This was our second malfunctioning LG in 6 months and we were nervous. The Maytag is wonderful and highly recommended, but I wish someone had told us that the initial wash is VERY noisy and definitely sounds like all the body parts are coming apart and ready to fly through your walls. It is not unbalanced, just crazy noisy. The following small load was much smoother, and it has settled into a nice rythm ever since. Reading the reviews I found that this is standard for the Maytag brand. I am now a happy customer and will recommend it to friends and family, with a full disclosure of what to expect on the first two uses.

Installers were excellent. Installed both the riser and the washer. Were really efficient and explained what they were doing.

The Metallic Slate is a very good looking color finish for this Maytag 4.7 cu. FT. washer and 7.4 cu. FT dryer, both with the Extra Power Button! More importantly, I have washed and dried at least 5 “Normal loads” of laundry in the past 5 days, and so far, both my Washer and dryer have performed efficiently!

The installation people were wonderful, I feel they went above and beyond to get the new washer in and going! They even noticed a part that needed reordering for my open box model and set me up with a rep to assist with the replacement.

I was a little nervous about some of the reviews I read about a 3rd party delivering my order but the delivery service was great. They hooked up both my washer and dryer, made sure it was level and tested it to make sure it worked. The delivery team was also very professional and removed my old washer and dryer.

Wow. Bought an LG washer from Best Buy, along with delivery and installation. I was suspect on the install as the washer would be replacing a Kenmore washer under a Kenmore gas dryer. The delivery and installation was excellent. Smooth, flawless, and fit like a custom unit (in the past I purchased a stackable, for another property, from a popular warehouse store and the delivery personnel wouldn't perform the install because the dryer was gas! Some places use any excuse). I couldn't be more happy with the installation and the guys that handled it. Best experience with delivery and installation that I've had from a company. Highly recommend.

This is my first washer. I must say I am impressed with it’s simple & efficient operation. It is very quiet & does not use a lot of water. I also love the many wash options that it offers. This is a great brand!

Installation was quick, professional, and on time. The installers were courteous and cleaned up after the installation. I was very pleased with their work and would recommend them for any installation and service.

They were so quick! My laundry room is upstairs and it took less than an hour for both appliances.
