The installation was very fast and easy. The assembly men were very polite and professional.

So far so good we'll see ? Although It would have been nice if The salesman remembered my name. Since I bought 5 major High-end appliances from best buy. One of the appliances was for another home And the delivery supervisor didn't want to disassemble the doors. So we had to Settle for a smaller frigerator The rest of our life Or the Frigerator's life. Oh they have customer service. But don't expect customer care. It's sad because the bottle neck always Starts from the top. You can see in the employee's eyes. And personnel turnover.

Installers were timely, respectful of property, & were able to answer questions. The LG washer & dryer are very quiet. I have installed the LG app but i rarely use it. I do however like that it does alert you when a cycle is done in case im busy in another part of the house. Ive used several of the different wash modes & i would say that im confident that my clothes are clean!

The guys that delivered the washer were very nice and prompt. They installed the washer in the same location where the old one was and hooked everything up. I was given a brief demonstration. After they left I read the manual and put in the first load. As the tub was filling I noticed water leaking on the floor under the washer. I immediately shut it off. Knowing I was not going to get any service late on a Friday I pulled the washer out from the wall and checked the hose connections. They were fine. Further inspection showed the water leaking from a back corner. I removed the back panel and found a small plastic hose attached to the drum. The clamp for this hose had been installed incorrectly and had pinched the hose causing a split. I am fairly handy with most tasks so I removed the hose, cut off the split portion and reinstalled it, clamping it properly. The washer works perfectly. I would suggest the installers run a full load, even a quick wash, before leaving. Hopefully this isn’t a sign of more problems to come with this washer.

Professional installation by experienced installers. Relatively quick. No issues to report.

The two guys were amazingly professional. They finished the job in a blink of an eye. It's like they were created for such jobs. I wish they send them to install my refrigerator at my other property.

Maytag washer is huge and is very deep. Can be used with a big family. We have a back scratcher hanging so my short daughter can get the clothes at the bottom. Lol

Isreal was not able to instal completely due to discovering a leak in the hot water valve. For this I am very grateful he found the leak. We did not know was there. He was able to show my son how to balance the washer. That was very helpful.

Install was scheduled quickly and accurately. They provided a 4 hour window and showed up an hour into it. They called ~30 min prior to arrival. They quickly and cleanly removed the old applicance and installed the new one. They confirmed the new one operated properly before departing. Quick, clean, professional and efficient. Highly recommend.

Great front loader. The dryer is awesome and fast to dry. The washer is fairly quiet and Love the Venting feature. My only complaint is that the washer is a few shades darker than the dryer. Not a deal breaker but come on GE! Thank you Geek Squad for being on time, making sure both were working properly with no leaks, and especially for wearing a mask! Pros all the way.

The Geek Squad was right on time! They rolled in and unloaded my washer and hooked it up, tested and balanced it very quickly. They didn't bump my walls or door frames!

Unfortunately I had a lot of issues - they had to leave the first time because the dryer outlet was the wrong type. When they came back to install days later, there was a miscommunication and the units were supposed to be delivered but they thought it was just an install. So, days later, they came back, and the stacking kit was missing, but their supervisor came thru. I found a big scratch and dent a few days after install that I didn’t see before - probably from being moved around the warehouse so many times. The installation techs were great, but overall, not a good experience. However, customer service made it right by taking 20% off the washer unit for the dent/scratch.
