They installed it and it works great, very nice and quick.

The delivery team was awesome! They did everything right, made sure the machine was working and went above and beyond to help us. Leroy called me when they were on their way and they arrived at the expected time. They parked in the street and carried the washer up the driveway and into the house. Installation went well and the test wash worked. Leroy checked to make sure all the connections were good and not leaking. He even gave us a pro-tip for sliding the washer without damaging the floor! We are already washing our first load.

Washer install was great, guys were friendly, installed on 2nd floor no problem. Wore booties over their shoes. Didn't scratch wall or anything and installed fast. And even explained how to work all the settings!

Installation staff was on time, Very knowledgeable and professional. Provided how to use the product.

The delivery guys did a great job delivering and installing. They took great care to not scratch our hardwood floor. They made sure that the washer and dryer work, and even help me put the laundry room door back. Without his help, I would have a hard time doing it by myself.

The same guys who delivered the washer installed it as well. They were punctual, and pleasant. They had all the tools and supplies they needed, and made sure the machine was functioning before they left.

Installers were outstanding in all regards. Polite and personable and the installation was fast and flawless. This was a real plus and makes me lean to Best Buy for future needs.

The guys were very professional in the removal & install of my washer. Based on the design of my laundry room & the style of waaher removed vs install the placed it on the opposite side, making the new dryer more accessible. The installers explained every move they were making, moved the items without hitting/damaging walls/furniture.

The last team of installers led by Phil, were able to resolve the issue resulting from the first installation of the Samsung washer and dryer. I am so impressed with their professional service, going above and beyond, to resolve the installation issue, rather than just switching the equipment

The guys that delivered the washer were very nice and prompt. They installed the washer in the same location where the old one was and hooked everything up. I was given a brief demonstration. After they left I read the manual and put in the first load. As the tub was filling I noticed water leaking on the floor under the washer. I immediately shut it off. Knowing I was not going to get any service late on a Friday I pulled the washer out from the wall and checked the hose connections. They were fine. Further inspection showed the water leaking from a back corner. I removed the back panel and found a small plastic hose attached to the drum. The clamp for this hose had been installed incorrectly and had pinched the hose causing a split. I am fairly handy with most tasks so I removed the hose, cut off the split portion and reinstalled it, clamping it properly. The washer works perfectly. I would suggest the installers run a full load, even a quick wash, before leaving. Hopefully this isn’t a sign of more problems to come with this washer.

Today was a great day! Toby took his time to install my new washer dryer and level my Stylist. He was totally professional concerned thoughtful and walked me through his process. He made sure I was totally SATISFIED THIS TIME! I recommend Toby!

This is my first washer. I must say I am impressed with it’s simple & efficient operation. It is very quiet & does not use a lot of water. I also love the many wash options that it offers. This is a great brand!

Installers were timely, respectful of property, & were able to answer questions. The LG washer & dryer are very quiet. I have installed the LG app but i rarely use it. I do however like that it does alert you when a cycle is done in case im busy in another part of the house. Ive used several of the different wash modes & i would say that im confident that my clothes are clean!
