- Answer Because the panel charges the battery, live feed works great. The panel allows for full functionality of the camera. We’ve only had our solar panel for a short while but haven’t experienced any issues.

QuestionI purchased this on Amazon. And when I received it, it did not come with a base to mount it. I also saw that someone else had the same issue. I then Returned it because no one got back to me on how to get the base? How are we supposed to mount it?

QuestionWill Nest Cam (battery) provide 24/7 recording, if this soloar panel is connected?

- Answer It can't record24/7 video history unless it is connected to a power line. 24/7 recording does not work with the solar panel. It must be plugged into a constant power source like an outlet or PoE.
