• No you need a power adapter to step down the voltage to 120volts. Ask your experts at Best Buy ‘s Geek Squad.

• The Complete Care 5.0 is compatible with 120v, 60hz only and is not global voltage. When purchased in North America, it is meant for use in North America only. Even with the use of a converter, as a converter will only convert voltage and not the hertz. Do not plug the device into a voltage system that is different than what is stated on the product. Doing so will damage the unit and void any warranty.
