Hi Tooth - We're sorry this is happening. It just sounds like the contacts need to be cleaned. Once the contacts are clean and dry, please charge the unit for 3-4 hours. If you're still having an issue, please contact us at 1-800-525-2774 or email [email protected] for assistance.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure. I have not had any problems with my purchase so far, it works great! I assume you have pressed the power button on in the main unit and then pressed the on button in the handle to start water flowing to tip.
