It came with one head

Please try again later.I bought spare heads in different colors, as a matter of hygiene, just as I would insist every person use a separate tooth brush, I used to work in public health, foster care and homeless programs, where sharing personal hygiene tools or products was very risky. I won't go into details. I have only seen two colors of heads for this unit, If I was not in a monogamous committed relationship, it might be a concern.

If you read my review I also stated that Water Pik should design an adapter that will allow the user to substitute a traditional Water Pik tip in place of the brush handle when preferred.
