Its a little tough to remove, but carefully grasp the brush handle and hold the base with other hand... Carefully pull and it will release.. Be sure to clean the handle and the head well after use as the toothpaste can get lodged below the brush head in the connector so it might be a little tough to remove.. I hope you are enjoying yours as I do mine!

Hello Estelita - We are sorry that you are having difficulty trying to remove the brush head from your toothbrush. You can try soaking it in distilled white vinegar for 10-15 minutes. Difficulty removing the brush head typically occurs when build-up from toothpaste accumulates. We recommend that you remove the brush head and rinse it thoroughly after each use.
