• Waterpik Water Flosser products are designed to be used for oral irrigation only. Do not direct water under the tongue, into the ear, nose, or other delicate areas.

• Don't do it! It is meant for teeth only. I have sinus trouble and i tried a netipot, saline rinses etc. The answer for me was a prescription for Azelastine nasal spray. It actually loosen things up an makes blowing my nose easier.
