That's its best use. I have a place between my upper right molars that is a chronic food trap. Floss often cannot clear it out. This thing does - every time.

Absolutely! My teeth are very tight and I can't get dental floss between my back teeth. This thing is great at washing away any crud you have stuck in there.

It definitely is. I have tight spaces between my teeth and it does a good job. The pik pocket attachment is super at doing the job too.

It will definitely help for sure because you can put the little nozzle right where you want it and let it clean.

I cannot say it is the best, but I have fun and my gum feels good after using it. The value is good considering paying the dentist to clean the teeth.

Yes...there are several attachments for different use like if you have braces, implants, etc. But the general use attachment work perfect. This product gets all the hard to reach places and it does it better than brushing or regular flossing alone. 
All you need to do is find the pressure setting that is most comfortable to you.

It is most effective at removing soft material. You should still floss before you use the pick.
