Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.So around 2014 mac switched from allowing upgrades to not allowing upgrades by micro soldering everything. At the same time, I don't think they were doing m.2 NVMe in 2015 yet. I could be wrong about that, but I would not count on any internal PC part to work in a mac.
