- Answer Simple answer is no. For a functioning computer you need specific things. Computer Mother Board, CPU, Cooling, RAM, hard drive to boot OS, and some type of graphics card. Some CPU's have built in integrated graphics but those are not intended for things like gaming and video editing.

- Answer It will not. Only a PCIe 4.0 M2 NVMe SSD will work for the expandable storage in the PS5.

QuestionIf my motherboard doesn't come with a heatsink for the m.2 will it be okay with out it? and if not how would i get ahold of one?

- Answer Yes, it should be okay without it. I have one in my pc without a heat sink, have not seen any concerns over the last few months. You can probably get a heat sink for it directly from WD or from stores doing a search online.

- Answer Legion 5 laptops typically have two M.2 slots that support NVMe SSD cards of this size. WD Black SN750 SSDs will fit and work well. For clearance just be sure to avoid the version with a factory installed heat sink.

- Answer Hi Nick, Please know that the screws to attach the drive with the motherboard usually comes with the motherboard's case or in a plastic pouch with the computer. Each Motherboard manufacturer uses their own specifications for the Standoff screw's pitch and TPI. You can use the 3M screw to connect the M.2 SSD with the motherboard.Need Help? - Answer Yes, use a "M.2 to SATA" adapter. But consult your MOBO owners manual, cause two or more hard drives plugged into the same port is double trouble. All kinds of bad things can happen.
