No you don’t have to delete your stuff on the main drive. Once you put it in and format it you can transfer your games onto it.

This is additional storage and is not taking the place of the PS5’s SSD. You’ll have the option to move you’re current games & apps onto this additional storage SSD from the PS5’s SSD. The only way you’ll lose what you have is if you delete them yourself so no, nothing will be deleted.

No this is just an additional hard drive.  Anything you have in the console storage will be there.

Nope it only reformats the newly installed ssd then you can transfer all the data over to it

No.  This does not replace your existing SSD but will be added as an additional drive so it expands your existing total drive space.  it's installed in a slot where there is no SSD now.
