• This drive is faster than the PS5 internal drive, and it also helps to load games from a 2nd drive because the PS5 obviously reads/writes from its own drive. This means that your games will load faster, and FPS drops may be lessened in high intensity areas. Your normal running framerate (when not under heavy load) should not change, though.
