What warranty is given with this purchase? null

I'm not sure because I really don't worry about a warranty on a hard drive. Hard drives will last for years and years, practically forever if you clean them out and defrag them on a regular basis. But if memory serves me it was a 1 year warranty but the warranty is only against factory defects. It won't cover it if you overwork or overload your hard drive and it crashes.
