Will this work in a Dell Xps1640 laptop? null

The WD that I bought would not fit in my Inspiron 1545, the screw holes did not line up for the drive to seat properly. I contacted WD support about the issue and they suggested I return the drive. I ending up buying the exact type that came out of the Dell.
