For the 6TB - Speccy indicates 5400 RPM. WD indicates 256MB cache. And yes, this information should have been given to Best Buy and included in its product specs. If a company (WD) wishes to create revenue and make a profit, then they need to SELL their item to the buyer. Not providing product specifications takes your customers for granted and is not a viable long-term marketing strategy.
