Yes it should. If your board has M.2 2280 form factor which means the size and shape, then it should. Your can install either pcie 3x4 or pcie 4x0 but when you install the later one, you will still get the speeds of the former because your board supports only that much. So it is advisable to install pcie3x0 to save money.
