I had the same problem along with Windows only recognizing a small portion. I used EaseUS and repartitioned and reformatted. Do know also, this is actually a SanDisk drive. That caused me issues with one of my projects that is sensitive to SanDisk
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My USB Drive only recognized 32 GB vs the 128 GB stated. This may have been due to another software program that I used. I went to the Sandisk/Western Digital website and found information to use Disk Management to reformat the USB drive. Disk Management showed that there was unallocated space on the USB drive. I deleted the volume and created a new simple volume using exfat and my 116 GB drive volume reappeared and was the same as my other identical USB drive. This was an 128GB USB Drive Model SDUSBES3-128G-A46.
