Q: my computer doesn't see this new thumbdrive. What do I do?
A: I had the same problem along with Windows only recognizing a small portion. I used EaseUS and repartitioned and reformatted. Do know also, this is actually a SanDisk drive. That caused me issues with one of my projects that is sensitive to SanDisk

A: No, it doesn't work with PS4.
Q: Can you transfer photos from an iPhone to this device directly ?
A: I would say, 'maybe'. But you cannot do it with this device alone because the only part that inserts is a USB. If they make an adapter that this can plug into that will also fit into your phone I would say that is possible. But, this by itself would be no. However, there is a similar device available at Best Buy that works well transferring data off of your phone. It is made by SanDisk and is called, 'IXpand Drive'.
