“Can I set this up to sync with certain folders on my computer? I want to find a hard drive that when I plug it in it automatically syncs with computer so I don't need to figure out which files are new and I need to back up on hard drive.”

I have a Mac. I had to setup it up to backup my files. It did not automatically back up my files.

Please try again later.When you use this backup drive in widows it backs up all your files AND separately in addition creates at Image of your computer (not just your C drive}. The files are overwritten to the newest version when you put the backup on a regular cycle (a week or so), That way you have all your data separately as of a given date, but also have an IMAGE of your PC including your applications in the detail so you need not reinstall from your cd's should things go wrong -- what a bargain for less than $100. You then have everything as of the latest backup. Hope you never need it. Very useful when you get a new machine!
