“I'm not able to install this on my Windows 10 64-bit laptop, I keep getting "Installation failed - try again later". When looking at my task manager, it is only installing 32-bit. Instructions aren't helpful. Is there a fix or do I need to return it?”

Hello Oceans, Please know that WD easystore is a plug and play drive you don't need to install anything , However if you want then you could install WD Discovery application from the link mentioned below:https://support-en.wd.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/20465/kw/wd%20discovery .
