Hi Jay, Please be informed that you can download and install the Paragon NTFS driver for Mac that can make the windows formatted drive working on Mac. Please refer to the below mentioned link for the instruction to download and install the driver. https://support-in.wd.com/app/answers/detailweb/a_id/34871/ Moreover, We would like to inform you that we do not recommend the driver but to format the drive in Exfat for a permanent fix if you wish to use the drive on both Mac and Windows. The driver may get removed if OS gets an update but as you just need to copy from Mac one time, you can install the driver on Mac.
