“I made copies of many files from my pc to the EasyStore 1TB external drive. When I tried to move them back to my pc, most of the files are not there, and the EasyStore shows a capacity of only 32 GB. What happened and how do I fix it?”

Have you done a search for one of those files in the computer itself? Often times I have found that when that has happened to me, it's usually something in Windows messing around. Windows has all of these little file rules, permissions, etc that can make items unviewable, copy denied, etc.
