A:AnswerIt depends on the byte size or the amount of the information from each PC. If it will all fit then yes. You could take the drive and split it into two volumes one for each PC. But the easy way have a dedicated drive for each PC, better yet have four drives for each and use one each quarter to do back up.
A:AnswerI had a very difficult time as well with setting up on my Mac, I ended up googling it and found a YouTube video on set up which helped me, mind you this was after hours of endless attempts to format. I believe once you go into disk utility (applications/utilities) and erase current format on the external drive for Mac OS extended. After that it should mount to desktop and you should have access to time machine for it.

A:AnswerI’m sorry, I do not know what you mean by RPM. All I can tell you is that it is one terabyte, WD back up,. There is nothing on the box and there was no paperwork inside.
