“I have large video files on my computer. I tried to move some to USB drive but there is a file-size limitation. I cannot transfer files larger than 4GB. Does WD Easystore has similar file size limits? Can I transfer video files up to 18 GB?”

Check to make sure the drive is formatted NTFS. Please note that NTFS formatting will only work with certain Windows OS, but if you have anything remotely current, it shouldn't be an issue. Once the drive is formatted NTFS you should have no issues wth large files.
