“I have a MacBook Pro, I also use Parallels to run windows only software on my Mac. Can I move parallels over to the hard drive and keep some Mac files on there as well? A few of my windows programs are large and take up all of my memory.”

It was strongly recommended only to keep files and components of programs on the hard drive. For instance, I would not load Microsoft Word onto the hard drive, but I might load templates I created from Word onto the hard drive. Hope this helps.
